The hardest part of quitting is enduring the quit smoking withdrawal symptoms. The mere fact that you are letting go of a habit that has long been part of your routine is already a big sacrifice but dealing with withdrawal symptoms is something that you have to face bravely for you to overcome your cravings for cigarettes in the future. If you are into a certain situation that will entice you to cross lines, it is about time you resort to assessing yourself. You can feel a lot of withdrawal symptoms when you quit smoking. It is important that you know these symptoms so you can pinpoint where the problem really lies.  Some of the withdrawal symptoms that may take place include depression, increased nervousness, tremors, dizziness, headache and sleeplessness. When you are well-aware of these symptoms that quitting entails, you will know what to do and will not panic.

During these times it is strongly recommended that you seek help from your friends and family. They will give you pep talk and words of encouragement that will motivate you to go on. Now that you have identified the quit smoking withdrawal symptoms, it is about time you find ways to combat them. Some of the remedies for these withdrawal symptoms include drinking plenty of water, warm bath and replacement therapies. However, if the symptoms persist, it is advisable to consult a doctor for medications.
