How can you stay acne free? There are so many products available today that claim to be able to make you acne free, such as acne free in 3 days. There is overwhelming information available on the Internet about different acne products, natural acne cures, acne free treatment, acne free diet, that you have to be careful about who you listen to. There are many methods available that can help you to remain acne free, but there is no magic cure. There is no miracle in a bottle fix that will make you acne free in a short space of time. It has a lot to do with your diet, how you are looking after your skin, and let's face it... there's nothing you can do about your hormones.

Acne can cause severe skin problems that can play havoc with how a young person views themselves. This is where the crux of the problem lies, in the psychological damage that can be done to a young person through bad skin conditions.

Acne free treatment

There are quite a few things that you can do to help yourself get acne free skin, even before you begin to think about purchasing expensive medications. Some of these medications can cost you a lot of money, and a lot of them have recurring fees... you have to pay for them every month.

Stay acne free with a healthy balanced diet

Good nutrition is always going to be top of my list for almost any skin complaint. You should cut down on junk food, refined sugar, refined carbohydrates, and caffeine. These products are only going to increase your sebaceous gland activity which will produce more oil. Eat more whole foods such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, juices, as this will help your overall system and increase your chances of being acne free.


Drink plenty of water to stay acne free

Drinking plenty of water is another thing that you should be doing as part of an overall healthy and balanced diet. The water will help you to flush toxins from your skin. Drinking water will also help your kidneys and liver to function much more efficiently, thus doing a better job of cleansing your blood. You should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day.

Acne free and exercise

Try and get as much exercise as you possibly can. You should try and exercise at least five days of the week, and for no less than half an hour. This will speed up your circulation, delivering more nutrients and oxygen to your skin and would help you to keep stress levels under control, stress can be a major factor in acne outbreaks.

Cleanse your face to stay acne free

Wash your face well with a product that is not going to block up your pores. Dry your skin with a towel by patting not rubbing. Use an oil free moisturizer. Before you go to bed make sure to remove all your makeup, wash your face again, use a toner that is alcohol free, and again apply your moisturizer.
